Delivery/Shipping

Please note that all shipments are currently shipped from Australia. 

Grahams Natural is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Order Confirmation
 
On receipt and full payment of an order, an email confirmation will be sent to the email address you entered at checkout to confirm your order.
 
Where is my order confirmation?
 
If you did not receive a confirmation email within a few minutes of successfully placing your order then you may have entered your email address incorrectly. Another reason you may not have received the email is if your ISP flagged our confirmation email as spam. All confirmation emails are sent from orders@grahamsnatural.co.uk
Please contact us by phone or email with your full name and order number and we will confirm your order.
 
Australia
 
All items are sent from our Gold Coast head office in Nerang, QLD Australia. We endeavour to process orders within 1-2 full business days. 
 
UK / Ireland
 
To the UK and Ireland we dispatch orders within 24 hours by Australia Post Airmail and it will arrive within 3-10 working days.
If orders are under 2kg your order will be dispatched by Pack and Track and we will send you a confirmation for tracking once your order has been processed.
 
Tracking
 
All orders are tracked under 2 kg however if your order is over 2kg we cannot offer tracking.

Duties and Taxes on overseas shipments

The purchaser is responsible for any customs, duties or taxes incurred by your country of origin. Orders we send outside of Australia may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees that are levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient and unfortunately we have no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be. Customs policies do vary widely from country to country and you should contact your local customs office for more information on this matter.
