In shopping for these everyday products, you would have already seen that the majority of the products sold on the supermarket shelf today have both natural & chemical ingredients in their formulas. Aluminium is a common chemical ingredient found in many deodorants.

Aluminium-free underarm deodorants should consist of all natural ingredients. This is much better for your body overall, since you're not taking in all the toxins that are present in regular deodorants and antiperspirants. More importantly regular antiperspirants can do damage topically as well and may even cause a rash on those that are sensitive to certain ingredients.
Many people may find that they are allergic to the aluminium and other toxins in the products, including the synthetic fragrances. If you find that your underarms are irritated, it may be an allergic reaction to your product, and not just the sweat from exertion.
