A lot of eczema suffers experience leaky gut syndrome, that's why it is imperative to take care of your digestive tract. The first steps in healing your eczema begins with healing your gut. The intestinal wall becomes overly porous with this syndrome allowing toxins to pass into your blood stream triggering an inflammatory response. Allergies and food reactions follow -- along with eczema. Unfortunately, this continuous cycle hinders the immune system.

One of the best ways to mend the gut and reduce permeability is to adopt a diet with plenty of vegetables, high in fibre and plenty of fresh greens. Get rid of or limit processed foods, dairy, meat, unsprouted grains and sugar.

Here are the ingredients in our Mega oil and why you are going to love it!!
